How much and how long?

Coming off the contraceptives plan is a 4 week self-led plan designed to help you rebalance your hormones. Your plan will start with an Onboarding call with your coach, where we look at your lifestyle as a whole and personalise the plan that will work for you. You can choose to add 1:1 weekly coaching if you need more personalised support and extend it to 8 to 12 weeks, depending on your goals and what your body needs. The initial plan costs £85 (and £150 with weekly 1:1 coach check ins)
