Whether you are looking to boost your confidence, achieve aesthetic results, build strength or balance your hormones, we deliver a bespoke programme tailored to your unique menstrual cycle, goal and lifestyle.

Who is it for?

The program is designed for women who are focused on getting real and sustainable results in a kind and nurturing way. You will learn how your body actually works during different stages of the cycle and how to harness your monthly hormonal variations and use them to your advantage.

  • Daily follow along workout videos for beginners

How does it work?

Your program starts on the first day of your cycle and will run for two of your monthly cycles - so roughly 8 weeks. Once you sign up, regardless of your cycle day, you first fill out a lifestyle questionnaire and we match you with the coach for you. We then schedule an onboarding call either before the start or on first couple of days of your period to get you set up. Throughout the 8 weeks, you have a weekly check-in with your coach to track your progress and smash your goal!
